Creak is a packaging for handmade insect chocolates.

The project wants to fight social and cultural prejudices associated to the nature of this food, promoting its qualities, making it unique and aesthetically inviting. The packaging mimics the wings of an insect. It is entirely made using laser cut and folded biodegradable paper.

Paper waste is reduced to the minimum and no glue is used in the package. Creak is divided into three models with different functions: free tasting package, “eat on the go” package and take-away package.
